How It Works
It's simple and straightforward:
Step 1 — Contact Us
Send us an email at support@qollectorau.com with:
- A list of cards or products you wish to sell
- Photos of each item
- Condition of each item
- Any grading certificates if applicable
Step 2 — Receive an Offer
We will review your submission and respond within 24 hours with a buyback offer based on current market value.
Step 3 — Accept or Decline
You are under no obligation to accept our offer. If you are happy with the offer we will arrange payment and shipping details with you.
Step 4 — Ship Your Cards
Once the offer is accepted:
- Pack your cards securely
- Ship to our address which will be provided upon acceptance
- We recommend using tracked shipping for your protection
Step 5 — Get Paid
Once we receive and verify your cards we will process your payment promptly via your preferred payment method.
Condition Guidelines
To ensure a smooth process please check your cards meet the following condition requirements:
Near Mint (NM):
- No visible wear
- Sharp corners
- No scratches or marks
- Preferred condition for all submissions
Lightly Played (LP):
- Minor wear on edges or corners
- No major scratches or marks
- Still considered for purchase
Moderately Played (MP) and below:
- Considered on a case by case basis
- May receive a reduced offer

Frequently Asked Questions
How is market value determined? We use current market pricing from reputable TCG marketplaces including TCGPlayer, eBay sold listings and other Australian marketplaces to determine fair market value at the time of your buyback request.
How long does the process take? From initial contact to payment typically takes 3-7 business days depending on shipping times and verification.
Do you buy bulk commons and uncommons? At this stage we are focused on purchasing higher value singles, graded cards and sealed products. Please contact us and we will assess your submission on a case by case basis.
What payment methods do you offer for buybacks? We offer payment via bank transfer or store credit. Store credit will receive a bonus 10% on top of the buyback offer value.
