SHIPPING POLICY
Carrier All orders are shipped via Australia Post to ensure reliable and trackable delivery across Australia.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery We currently ship within Australia only. The following rates apply:

Please note that delivery times may vary for customers located in Western Australia.
Packaging All items are carefully packaged with bubble wrap and protective materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We take great care in packaging all sealed products, singles and graded cards to prevent any damage during transit.
Order Tracking Tracking will be provided on all orders once your order has been fulfilled. You will receive your tracking number via email. You can track your order directly through the Australia Post website.
Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at qollectorau@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage. Failure to contact us within this timeframe may affect our ability to assist you.
REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final. QollectorAU operates a strict no refund or exchange policy for all items purchased.
However in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and ACCC Regulations, QollectorAU will offer a refund or exchange if:
- The item is faulty or damaged upon arrival
- The item is not as described in the product listing
If you believe your item falls under either of the above conditions please contact us at qollectorau@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with supporting photos and your order number.
