QollectorAU is an Australian owned and operated online store specialising in Trading Card Game products including sealed products, singles and graded cards.

  • Prices include GST where applicable
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice
  • Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed

Availability

  • All products are subject to availability
  • We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product
  • In the event a product becomes unavailable after your order has been placed we will contact you to offer a refund or alternative product

Sold Out Items

  • Items listed as sold out are not available for purchase
  • We do not guarantee restocking of any particular item

4. Orders & Payment

Placing an Order By placing an order you are making an offer to purchase the product at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Your order is accepted when it has been dispatched and a shipping confirmation email has been sent.

Payment

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase
  • We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout
  • All transactions are processed securely through Shopify Payments
  • QollectorAU does not store your payment information

Order Confirmation Once your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Please check this carefully and contact us immediately at qollectorau@gmail.com if there are any errors.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Changes and cancellations can only be made before an order has been dispatched
  • Once dispatched orders cannot be changed or cancelled
  • Please contact us immediately at qollectorau@gmail.com if you need to make changes

5. Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped via Australia Post. By placing an order you agree to our Shipping Policy which forms part of these Terms of Service.

Key points:

  • We ship within Australia only
  • Processing time is 1-3 business days
  • Standard shipping is $10 flat rate for orders under $200
  • Free standard shipping on orders over $200
  • Express shipping is $25 flat rate
  • Delivery times may vary for Western Australia

All sales are final. We operate a strict no refund and no exchange policy except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

QollectorAU guarantees that all products sold on our website are:

  • 100% factory sealed at the time of dispatch
  • 100% authentic and sourced from authorised Australian distributors
  • Free from tampering or resealing
